SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time
At L’émotion Candles, all orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that we do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays. For customizable candles, please allow an additional 3 business days for production before shipping, as each candle is carefully crafted to your preferences. During periods of high order volume, there may be slight delays in shipment. We appreciate your patience and ask that you allow extra days for delivery during these times.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur. We primarily use USPS, UPS, DHL Express and FedEx by Shippo for our deliveries.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Please note that tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
L’émotion Candles is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping, including tariffs and taxes, are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages
L’émotion Candles is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim before you proceed to exchange your item according to our return policy. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods until your claim is resolved.
