At L'émotion Candles, we want you to love your candles as much as we love making them. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help!

No Returns Available at This Time 

Please note that we currently do not accept returns. Our focus is on ensuring that you receive the highest quality products, and as such, we have implemented a no-return policy.

Exchange Policy - An Exception 

While returns are not available, we do offer an exception for exchanges. If your candle arrives damaged, we will gladly exchange it for you. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at lemotioncandles.help@gmail.com with clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging within five (5) days of delivery, along with your order details. We will guide you through the exchange process to ensure you receive a replacement candle. Exchanges sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues 

Candles are fragile, and while we take great care in packaging, damages can occasionally happen during shipping. If your candle arrives damaged, please follow our exchange policy for a replacement.
